27 Days...

It's a time for change. Time to cleanse. It's time to get back on track.
For the next 27 days, no alcohol and no "bad foods".
Every day, at the very least, 40 minutes of cardio.
With time off comes clarity.
I'm energized and ready for 27 days....

They say it takes about three weeks to create true change.
The next 27 days will set the tone for what is to come.

It's on....and it all starts now....
